1989 Bayliner 3288 Fiberglass Sedan Cruiser 33’ - ”Pescadora”

Break-in & theft of the bulk of the vessel’s electronics. 
Vessel has been on hard for 1.5 years – it is mechanically sound; engines show 765 hours on hour meter and starboard engine has new head gaskets.

 

The damage to the vessel is reported as the electronics having been stolen.

The vessel is dirty for being stored as well as disheveled and messy on interior from the theft.

 

  • Main Helm – stolen – Icom 506 Marine VHF radio. Evidenced by power supply, wiring and VHF antenna connection.
  • Main Helm – stolen – Raymarine Multi-Function Display E120 for chart plotter, radar, depth sounder, etc. Evidenced by Raymarine power, data, radom (radar), cabling and MFD bracket.     
  • Main Helm – stolen – Raymarine Network Junction box. Evidenced by mounting, screw holes and various wiring connections.
  • Command Bridge – stolen – Raymarine Multi-Function Display E120 for chart plotter, radar, depth sounder, etc. Evidenced by markings on helm from bracket.
  • Command Bridge – stolen – Icom 506 Marine VHF radio. Evidenced by bracket and wiring.
  • Command Bridge – stolen – Alpine Stereo (reported by Assured). Evidenced by wiring and mounting; however, nothing specific to make/model.
  • Command Bridge – stolen – Alpine 6.5 Marine speakers. Evidenced by wiring and mounting; however, nothing specific to make/model.

Please note that the radar dome and upper helm enclosure will be taken down and stowed on board, to facilitate moving of the vessel.

Upon Insurance Company approval a request for funding will be sent to the high bidder via email. Full payment, via wire transfer, is required within 72 hours of the invoice date. All bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be permanently removed from buyers list. This item is offered AS IS WHERE IS and the Buyer is solely responsible for all logistics, transportation, loading, and associated costs. Item must be picked up no later than 3 business days after release information is received. No adjustments will be made for any discrepancies. Any goods that have not been picked up within 14 days after the scheduled pickup date will be deemed ABANDONED, and after such period, the buyer will forfeit all rights to the abandoned goods and any money paid for such goods.
