1979 28' Glastron Sailboat + 1979 18hp Yanmar

Vessel took on rainwater over the winter.
Interior was soaked.  - see water lines in the photos.
Black mold in the upholstery.
Minor window leak on the starboard side.
 

Hull is fine other than a few scratches as per the photos. 
Mast intact. Includes all sails. Contents removed (all navigation equipment shown in photos is still there). 
Cabin door lock was damaged from a break in. 
Engine has not been started or checked.
