User Agreement

Before you may become a registered user on the verusauctions.com, you must read and accept all of the terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not buy, sell, bid or use any other services offered by Verus Valuations Ltd. on verusauctions.com. This Agreement is effective on April 5, 2010 for current users, and upon acceptance for new users.
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Agreement on verusauctions.com.  Your continued use after our posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

VERUSAUCTIONS.COM IS A VENUE

Verusauctions.com is only a venue for our users to sell and buy items. We provide a venue for listings, bids and acceptances, and facilitate the exchange of information between buyers and sellers.

TRANSACTION COMPLETION

All sales are subject to acceptance by the seller.  Upon auction completion, bid history is provided to the seller and the winning bid is accepted at the sole discretion of the seller.

DISPUTES

Verus Valuations Ltd., its employees or agents will not be responsible for any matter relating to the use of verusauctions.com or the purchase and sale of items listed on verusauctions.com.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ALL ITEMS LISTED ON  VERUSAUCTIONS.COM ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Trust Agreement

After selection of the winning bid on verusauctions.com, the winning bidder is required to pay the agreed purchase price and fees to Verus Valuations Ltd.. Verus Valuations Ltd. will act as Trust Agent to hold agreed purchase price in Trust until completion of item transfer. At which point Verus Valuations Ltd. will release agreed purchase price to the seller.  Should any dispute arise between the buyer and seller with respect to the Trust Funds, Verus Valuations Ltd. shall have the right to refrain from taking any action other than to retain custody of the Trust Funds until joint written consent is received or the funds are disposed of through an order from a court in the province of British Columbia.

ELIGIBILITY

Verusauctions.com is available only to individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts.  All user information must be accurate and complete at all times. Verus Valuations Ltd. may ask for additional information at any time to verify your registration information. Verus Valuations Ltd. may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse service to any applicant or user.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

When using verusauctions.com, you agree that you will not do any of the following:

• Violate any laws, specific rules or policies for verusauctions.com;
• Violate, infringe, or cause Verus Valuations Ltd. to violate or infringe, the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy or other proprietary rights;
• Fail to pay fees owed to Verus Valuations Ltd.;
• Fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you;
• Fail to deliver goods purchased from you;
• Manipulate the price of any posted item, whether by bidding through a secondary account or other party, by communicating with other buyers or by any other means;

APPLICABLE LAW

This Site is controlled by Verus Valuations Ltd. from its office in Maple Ridge, B.C. Canada. The courts of the Province of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any claims against Verus Valuations Ltd., verusauctions.com, its employees or agents.
